Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please don't hesitate to contact us in this situation, as we are keen to be of any help we can.

Upon return of the item(s) we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, less a $10.00 per item restocking charge. Refunds are applied to the credit card used when making the initial purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Faulty items:
Should a Redpark product become faulty within the warranty period, you'll need to send it to us so that we can replace it with a fully functional unit. The turnaround is quick. Damage caused by abuse is not covered by warranty. Please contact us if in doubt.
